Most recent update (from almost a month ago now) has made the app literally unusable on Android. There is a full screen pop-up advertising something about being able to view recently closed accounts. The pop-up extends beyond the edge of the screen in portrait and landscape mode so the 'x' to close the pop-up is offscreen with no other way to close it. I guess they followed the old management mantra: "if it isn't broken, fix it until it is." App worked great before the latest downgrade.

The Stifel Wealth Tracker app does not reflect the market's changes in real time. It is always 15 minutes behind, so you can't compare your current financial status with the current market's status. What is the purpose of a refresh button if it only shows you your total from 15 minutes ago? Useless!

Lauren Oesterle

It's not possible to download PDFs in the app (such as tax documents). An incredibly important use case that was missed.

Bill N

I thought the previous platform was much more user friendly. The app, otherwise, is down or experiencing errors way too much. When the market is open this app should never prevent you from keeping track of your investments or the markets. It has cost me thousands due to my inability to watch trends and to make informed opinions on to buy or sell. This is a ridiculous business model. Fix it or I'll move to another firm.

Rick Smitherman

Totally useless after last update. From what I've read it is now incompatible with most if not all Android phones. Android makes up 70% of the smartphone marketplace so it makes sense to be incompatible with 3/4 of all phones. Sure.

Stifel Wealth tracker WAS a really cool app. I used it for several years and liked it. Now though, it got updated and is no longer compatible with my phone. Can't use the old version, can't even install the new version, nicely done Stifel. Before the update 4+ ⭐ now though... Just for the folks at Stifel, if they see this, the phone in question is a Motorola 5G Ace and running a currently updated version of Android.

Needs work. Initially I was pleased with the app. After awhile I started having trouble with some of my linked accounts not updating or losing the connection altogether. Currently it is off by about $7k in the total and one account shows no change or activity even though the amount in that account has almost doubled.

The interface makes it impossible to use this app. I have larger text selected to make the phone screens readable but this app just decides to truncate and push everything off the screen. Basic coding requires supporting different environments. If they can't handle larger fonts, what else is amiss.

App is usually pretty good, but the latest update has added a pop up box that tells you about the app showing closed accounts. You cannot close this box because it draws off the screen where the button is, and clicking outside the box doesn't close it. This app is unusable.

I logged in a user name and password. The next time I tried to use the app it told me my password that I know was correct was wrong. When I tried to reset the password it just took me back to the sign in page and the process repeated. It's a shame they wasted their money on advertising an app that doesn't work.

They've been bragging about the update coming on March 13th 2024 ... well, first impression is ... I'm NOT impressed (on an Android phone). Seems to be put in all the stifel accounts first and just much more difficult to navigate (I know, initial reaction).

Little Cloud (LittlexCloud)

Most recent update says my phone is no longer compatible with the app. My phone isn't old and shouldn't have any issues with the app. This is entirely inexcusable.

Update: biometric sign in has been added! It's a pain to set up and link accounts but once it's working it's great to see everything in once place. Would love to see biometric sign in support so I don't need to type my password every time

Freezes almost immediately. Unable to click on anything or see a breakdown of my 10+ accounts. Uninstalled my original Stifel app and now it's no longer available in the Play Store.. Need to fix this buggy app!!

Payton Lehde

Get pop-ups that don't work with the mobile app and then you can not click out of it as the close screen option as the pop-up is to big and you can not zoom it out.

Kevin Campbell

New update - "This app isn't compatible with your device anymore. Contact the developers for more info." Great new feature. Maybe rename it the "Wealth Untracker."

Keith Johnson

Why the change it was fine before, now wealth tracker is unusable with my Android phone S9 , I know it's old but I don't want to go through the Nightmare of getting a new phone.

Phyl Adkins

Can't download to my Android phone! Says my phone is not compatible. My phone is not that old nor is it obsolete. Can only log in from my laptop and desktop now. Need to fix!

Jeff Curry

I just found out that an upgrade has applied to Stifel Wealth Tracker. I followed instructions without success. I now have no access to the App. I am repeatedly being referred to Play Store. No luck. Please resolve ASAP!

Andrew Wilson

Mediocre app at best. Gives you minimal information about holdings. No good portfolio performance analysis tools or research screens. Very clearly not designed at all for an active investor.
